depending on what we think will work best for us. We are not going to
charge you if we cannot get a satisfactory result.

it to a store?]
A: From Cape Computer Help, you'll get personal service and someone who
can help you to get the best out of your equipment, and provide a range
of other services including training and web site design. Of course you
can take it to a store. We doubt it will end up being cheaper, though.
Q: [I have some files/pictures on there. Can
I get them out?]
A: It depends on what has happened. Lets discuss on the phone or email
and We will advise you. Very often, yes, there is something we can do.
