Remote Computer Help
This is going to be pretty easy to do. It uses a program called Ultra VNC to connect your computer to Cape Computer Help over the internet. We will then be able to take over control of your computer, while you watch, and look into the problems.

Click on this button to download a small program to your computer
You will get 2 dialog boxes opening that look like the pictures below. Click on 'Run' on both of them. You may also get warnings from your Anti-Virus or security software. You need to allow the software to run, and to connect out to the internet.
Then you will get the last of the 3 pictures below, and you have to DOUBLE click on 'Internet Support' to connect to us so that we can help you.
